Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, known as PewDiePie is a Swedish YouTube publisher, web-based comedian and producer. He is most popular for his Let’s Play vlogs and commentaries especially focused on the games with horror themes, such as Silent Hill and Dead Island, for example. He increased his popularity by launching his own multi-channel network, Revelmode. His popularity leads to an increased sales of a game he’s playing.
Olajide “JJ” Olatunji, or KSI as he’s named in the gaming world is famous for his FIFA gameplay commentary. The Syndicate Project was created in 2010 by Tom Cassell who is a British vlogger and YouTuber. This channel mainly focused on the games such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Halo Let’s Play gaming videos, but recently he included Minecraft, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies, unboxing videos of popular first-person shooter games, real-life adventure videos (like skydiving) and reaction videos. Due to his popularity, Fong was nominated for a “Trending Gamer of the Year” award in 2014, and currently has more than 22 Million subscribers.
Captain Sparklez whose real name is Jordan Maron is the owner of the YouTube gaming channel that is popular for videos of Call of Duty, Portal Happy Wheels and Left 4 Dead 2. Maron’s success has become even greater from his artistic expressions that “cover” pop songs using Minecraft.
Mega64 is a channel created by Rocco Botte, Derrick Acosta, and Shawn Chatfield. Mega64 parodies popular video games, usually in a public setting with plenty of oblivious bystanders. This channel is over nine years old, which means there is a rich content to explore.
Dan Middleton known as TheDiamondMinecart is an English gamer and, one of the most popular YouTubers in the UK.
